The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has officially released the UPTET Answer Key 2026 on its official website. Candidates who appeared in the UPTET Examination conducted from 2 July to 4 July 2026 can now download the provisional answer key from the official portal. Alongside the answer key, the commission has also activated the online objection portal on 8 July 2026, providing candidates to challenge any discrepancies.
The UPTET 2026 exam was conducted from July 2 to July 4, 2026, across 955 centres with nearly 20 lakh candidates appearing. Candidates who appeared in the examination are urged to visit the official UPESSC portal immediately to download the answer key PDFs and verify their answers.

(Total Correct Answers x 1) - (No deduction for incorrect answers) = Total Score
Since there is no penalty for guessing, candidates can count their correct responses from the answer key to get their tentative marks out of 150.
To qualify the UPTET Eligibility Certificate, candidates must secure the minimum percentage set by the UPESSC for their respective categories . The qualifying marks are given below.
