UP Home Guard Admit Card 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has released the admit card for the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Document Verification (DV) for the UP Home Guard Bharti 2026. The UPPRPB will conduct the UP Home Guard DV and PST examination starting from 13 July onwards till 06 August 2026. UP Home Guard 2026: Physical Standards and Efficiency Test Details

The selection process now moves to the physical efficiency and standard tests. Candidates must meet the following physical standards to qualify.

Physical Standards for Male Candidates

• Height (General/OBC/SC): Minimum 168 cm
• Height (ST): Minimum 160 cm
• Chest (General/OBC/SC): 79 cm (without expansion) / 84 cm (with expansion)
• Chest (ST): 77 cm (without expansion) / 82 cm (with expansion)

Physical Standards for Female Candidates

• Height (General/OBC/SC): Minimum 152 cm
• Height (ST): Minimum 147 cm
• Weight: Minimum 40 kg

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

• For Males: Run 4.8 kilometers in 28 minutes .
• For Females: Run 2.4 kilometers in 16 minutes
