SSC GD Constable Result 2026 Expected Soon — Over 48 Lakh Candidates Await Verdict
The Staff Selection Commission is likely to announce the SSC GD Constable Result 2026 soon. As per multiple media reports, the result may be declared in the fourth week of September. Candidates who appeared for the Computer-Based Test examinations can download their scorecard from the official portal once declared.
Around 48.8 lakh candidates appeared for the SSC GD constable exam for 25,487 vacancies across CAPFs, SSF, and Assam Rifles in the country. The examinations were conducted from April 27 to May 31, 2026, across multiple shifts throughout the nation. After the examination, the SSC has released the provisional answer key on June 15, 2026, and the objection window closed on June 20, 2026.
As of 10 September 2026, the official SSC GD Constable Result 2026 confirmation date has not yet been announced by SSC. However, the result is expected to be released after the completion of the evaluation and related result-processing formalities.
SSC conducted the GD Constable CBT in multiple phases between April 27 and May 30, 2026, for 25,487 vacancies spread across the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) including BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP and SSB as well as SSF, Rifleman (GD) posts in Assam Rifles etc. the full details are given below in table format.
