TN TET 2026 Answer Key: The Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB), Tamil Nadu has officially released the provisional answer key for the TN TET Examination 2026 for Paper 1 and Paper 2 on its official website. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now download the provisional answer key from the official portal, trb.tn.gov.in.

Also, the board has also opened an online objection window for candidates to challenge any answers they believe are incorrect. The last date to submit objections is July 22, 2026.

How to Download TN TET 2026 Answer Key ?

1. Visit the official TRB Tamil Nadu website: trb.tn.gov.in.
2. Click on the “Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) 2026” section or the “Tentative Answer Key / Objection Tracker” link on the homepage .
3. Log in using your registered credentials.
4. Read the on-screen instructions, accept the declaration, and proceed to your candidate dashboard .
5. Click on “View Master Question Paper with Tentative Key” .
6. The correct answer will be tick-marked in the options for each question in the Master Question Paper (MQP).
7. Candidates check the paper, subject, question number and answer option before calculating their expected score.

How to Raise Objections Against TN TET 2026 Answer Key

Candidates who are not satisfied with any answer in the TN TET Provisional Answer Key can submit objections though the official website. Candidates can follow this Objections process steps by step below.

1. Access the official website and log in to your account.
2. Find and select the Objection Tracker option within your dashboard .
3. Click on “View Master Question Paper with Tentative Key” to see the answers marked by the board .
4. Choose the question number (as per MQP) you wish to challenge and provide your reasoning .
5. Attach proof from standard books to support your objection .
6. Click on Save and Submit to finalize your objection.

TN TET 2026 Exam Overview

The TN TET 2026 was conducted special exam for working teachers who had not yet cleared the Teacher Eligibility Test. The TN TET 2026 examination was held across Tamil Nadu on the following dates.

• Paper 1 (Classes 1–5): July 4, 2026
• Paper 2 (Classes 6–8): July 5, 2026

A total of 61,386 candidates appeared for Paper 1 at across 38 districts. Meanwhile, 1,67,743 candidates took Paper 2 at 613 examination centres statewide.
